The early access version of the Nervous System Reset Mini Course allows you to use this course before it is fully built and give/ receive feedback via a private telegram group.

Inside the early access you already find videos & follow alongs on preparing the body for breathing exercises, muscle tone relief, vagus nerve stimulation and exercises to improve CO² tolerance.

The goal is to finish the course latest in January 2026.
